YOUR HOME CARE WALKTHROUGH
Every other month, we complete a thoughtful walkthrough of your home and property, checking for visible signs of
wear, leaks, moisture, drainage issues, HVAC filter needs, doors and windows, safety devices, garage door
operation, exterior concerns, seasonal maintenance needs, and other items specific to your home.
We document anything that needs attention and keep track of it for you.
